1932 New Mexico License Plate Topper FDR Young Democrats for Roosevelt Political

This item is 100% all original. I have not even attempted to clean it. Some of the original red paint remains, but the number paint has washed off. There are a few cracks and and rust-through holes, but this rare item is worth the time it will take to properly restore it.
Size is 13 1/3 inches long by just over 3 inches high.
