A great kitchen collectible. This is a really nice 1940’s food/nut chopper. It has a glass measuring jar with all of the measurements listed, a sharp metal chopper that can be moved up and down and sideways using the blue wood knob. The knob goes through the metal lid which is bright yellow with vegetables painted around the rim. It also still has the wood chopping block. The jar with lid (without the knob) measures about 5”. For close to 80 years old, this chopper is in really great condition. There are no chips or cracks in the glass, the paint is still vibrant on the lid and the chopper mechanism moves freely. There are a couple of small dings on the side of the lid, which are not very noticeable. A fun piece to display or even just to use.
